error:1223 when loading updated sample set

Hello - I am encountering a 1223 error )no license found) while trying to load the updated v2.7 version of the Sonus Paradisi Freiburg sample set. I am a long-term licensee and have confirmed on the iLok control panel that my license is indeed active, but Hauptwerk does not recognize it. Does anyone know of a way to effectively 're-activate' a license within Hauptwerk?

Hello Juergen,

Perhaps your computer temporarily lost the connection to the iLok dongle/Cloud. Please try:

- Reboot the computer.

- Make sure that the LED is lit within your iLok dongle, or that your iLok Cloud session is open on the computer (whichever is applicable) before launching Hauptwerk.

- Launch Hauptwerk and try loading the sample set again.

If that doesn't solve it, please use 'Help | Create a diagnostic file' and email the resulting file to Francois at support [at] hauptwerk.com , which hopefully will give some clue as to the cause of the problem. Thanks.

i had this problem me too hauptwerk was in version 6.0.1
for Freiberg 2.7
you need the latest version of Hauptwerk 6
6.0.2. does not work with version 6.0.1
and even less with Hauptwerk5

Dear Sonus Paradisi sample set user!
In my previous email, I erroneously metioned Freiberg, instead of Utrecht. The Freiberg sample set (v.2.7) only works in Hauptwerk 6.0.2.
It is the Utrecht sample set (v. 2.7) which works in Hauptwerk 4, 5, and 6 (or higher).
Sorry for this confusion.
