Master Coupler Pedal -> 16' Solo

PostTue Mar 22, 2022 10:20 pm

Hi everyone,

I play a certain passage that should be played on the second octave of the pedalboard. But it would be great to have it sound on the very lowest octave of the Salisbury Solo division.

There is no Pedal -> 16' Manual Master coupler. Obviously, such a coupler wouldn't make much sense in most cases since you lose the lowest octave. But it is what I would want here.

Is there a workaround that allows me to hack together such a coupler? Obviously it could be achieved quite simply with external MIDI software, but I'd like to avoid that (because of complexity & latency).

Best Regards,
Lukas

Hello Lukas,

Hauptwerk doesn't natively have that functionality, and I can't think of any way that you could 'cheat' it into behaving that way, apart from using external MIDI hardware/software processing, I'm afraid.
