Hello münsterorganist,
To move the licence from iLok Cloud to your iLok dongle:
- Make sure that the computer is connected to the Internet (or for these steps temporarily use a different computer with iLok Licence Manager installed on it, and with your iLok dongle attached to it).
- Launch iLok License Manager and log in within it.
- Make sure that iLok Cloud session is open within it ("File | Open Your Cloud Session").
- Highlight the node for the Cloud in the bottom-left pane.
- In the right-hand pane, highlight the entry for the licence, right-click on it, and select 'Deactivate'.
- Now highlight the node for your iLok account name in the top of the left-hand pane.
- In the right-hand pane, highlight the relevant licence, right-click on it, and select 'Activate'.
- It will prompt you to choose where you want to activate it, giving options for your iLok dongle, and for iLok Cloud. Choose the dongle (not the Cloud).
- Use "File | Close Your Cloud Session", assuming you no longer need it for anything else.
The licence should then be stored in your dongle, so thereafter you should be able to use it without needing an Internet connection, and without needing iLok License Manager open.
