He may be having trouble with his e-mail. I wrote to him with a question about the new Freiberg release, and the e-mail bounced.

Hello Jiri,
Is normal that the crossgrade version (dry to wet) is not yet updated after 10 days?
I tried to contact you many times by email without success; could you please answer me on the forum? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible that the surround 1.45 version is in your product links?

Thanks mnailor for your contribution. Unfortunately, in my product links, only the dry version is downloadable. The links of the crossgrade version don’t work. And no response for ten days ...

Both variants (surround and dry) have a new MIXER tab, including features of Pipe Coupling and Pipe Detune, allowing to set the level of mistuning of the pipes of the virtual instrument. Fine Tuned Mixtures (and multi-rank diapason ranks as well!) available via a dedicated switch. You can clearly hear from the new demos on my web, that the effect of the pipe coupling and detuning has tremendous impact on the "realism" of the sample set.

A demo sample setcan be downloaded (as usualy) from my web.

Hello Jiri,

Four days ago I sent you the following message. Did you receive it?
In my account, ‘My Products’ has allowed me to download the dry version of Rotterdam 1.45. But the crossgrade from the dry version doesn’t mention this new version. Do I to wait for an update of your site, or are those 11 files already in 1.45 version?

Cordially,

Hello Jiri,

After 5 emails, I still have no news of the crossgrade version.
Can you answer me please?

Best regards,
Luc

Hello Luc,

In case there's a some email problem between your account and Jiri's, I've sent him an email too, pointing him to this thread.

Hello, see your spam folder or similar spam-rejection device on your server. I have no way to contact you. My messages are going to you constantly, but you seem not to receive them. I cannot do anything about it.

Hello Jiri,
Thanks for your answer. Indeed, I found a message in my spam emails (only one), saying "Simply check your account, there is nothing more simple than that". But in My Products, the Rotterdam Crossgrade download links do not work. They open the My Dashboard page and do not trigger any download. Thanks in advance for your help.

My links (Rotterdam Dry) worked without problems.

Thanks to Jiri for this wonderful feature!

It did work for the Dry version, not for the Crossgrade.
I suspect the Crossgrade version hasn’t been updated.
