In your configuration, I mean the best should be: GC/GO on the 1st manual, POS on the 2d manual, Récit on the 3rd manual and eventually the 5th division coupled where you will.

Dear fellow Hauptwerk users,

There is now an update available for the 4-manual Caen extension that incorporates the most recent updates to the Caen sample-set as released by Sonus Paradisi:
1. the pipe coupling phenomenon - link
2. volume controls for Front & Rear channels and noises.

The update for the extension can be downloaded from this link.

Please note that you must own the original Caen sample-set as well as the 4-manual extension for the above link to work. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to my HW related email address:
customhworgans@gmail.com

Thanks, and best regards,

Jake

The link I had initially posted was incorrect, but it has been corrected. If you already downloaded the extension, please download it again from the link in my previous post.

Note that the extension is compatible with HW5, HW6, and HW7, but not HW4.

Kind regards,

Jake

Hi, Jake!
I was wondering if the Rotterdam project is still alive. One of my favourite sample sets and the stoplist you were kicking around would play just about anything. Just wondering. Thanks!

Hi Jerry,

My apologies for my very delayed reply! Yes, the Rotterdam extension is still in the making. Progress has been slow going as I do HW programming in my spare time, and things have been quite busy with my day job.

I've been thinking about ideas to move this project (and others) along faster. One option that I've been thinking about is to make a pre-release version available, so that more people can beta test it at the same time and help me iron out the wrinkles. More details on this to follow.

Best regards,

Jake

Jake,
That is indeed exciting news. I will be eagerly awaiting further developments.
We have recently retired to southern Arizona and I have plenty of free time to do beta-testing if you need a volunteer.
Many thanks for the reply!

Hello Jake,

I'm still looking forward to your Rotterdam extension, hoping you have all those wonderful whishes in scope ;-)
My time is rather occupied, but I'm also very willing to help with beta-testing, so please contact me if I can help!

To be honest there is already an extension with many features listed: it dates back to 4 or 5 years ago, and included the introduction of the front and rear adjustment, the expression for the positive manual, two separate detunings (flute and reed) very much effective and realistic and rebalanced some stops

Jake's extension (this topic) came out in 2014.
