Billerbeck demo, visual optimization

PostSun Jul 19, 2020 11:03 am

Hello all,

If you use the Billerbeck demo, it is not easy to select the stops, between the "given" stops and the others (silent) .
I edited the pictures to make this more easy : the free stops are framed in red, the others are blured and darkened.

It works for both lanscape or portrait layout.
Installation process is quite simple and it is explained into the file. (7,5 Mo)

I hope you'll find this useful.
Thank you to Sonus Paradisi for offering such a generous demo version !

That's a good idea ;-)
Most demo samplesets are very difficult to use. Some time ago I started to implement my own Midi panel solution.
The Krzeszow demo is also very difficult to use. This is my solution:

Now it is very easy to use! The light brown buttons are the inactive stops...

I like this idea and downloaded the file.
However, HW 4.2 would not install it.
Is this intended for HW 5 only?

Hello seh32
You've got to install 'by hand' (not automaticaly).
I've got HW 4.2 too, it works for me.
Please read the details into the file 'infos.txt'

Thanks!
I copied and pasted the folders as instructed, but there was no change.
Should I delete the old folders before pasting in the new ones?

Yes you should, and after copying the new ones,
you'll have to laod the organ by clicking on "load organ, adjusting rank audio memory ..."

I enjoyed the Billerbeck demo so much that I purchased the whole instrument! Now I have both the demo and the full versions.

The demo stop highlights still appear in the full installed version, too. How do I remove the demo highlights from the full version?

I would imagine you would have to re-install the original demo file. File/install hauptwerk organ, then click re-install when asked what you want to do.

Thank you. This works well, and does make things easier.

Agreed. Thank you, Jiri.
I'm now considering investing in the full version of this instrument :)

You're welcome, Lougheed. It was easier for me too !

Hello seh52, You can replace every edited pictures by the original pictures if you made a copy, stored somewhere ... otherwise, yes, the easier way is to re-install the original demo file.
(In my case, I didn't buy the complete sampleset, because my computer is too old and don't have enough ram )

Reinstalling Vol. 1 of Billerbeck, and then re-caching by doing a new loading, restored the original stop screen for the full sample set.
Thanks!
