Can't install St Eucaire and St Marienkirche

I updated to HW5 last year but have only just come to re-install these two purchases, originally for HW4. Both give an error 1223. There are iLok licenses present for both instruments.

I assume that there needs to be some sort of upgrade to each organ but the Milan site appears to provide dead links when investigating.

Any pointers very welcome.
