Buy decision came after I listened to three of the demos:
The two pieces by Mozart and the "Fantasy" improvisation
(I think) on Beethoven's themes from Joyful,Joyful (from his 5th).

What I heard were "small" and beautiful registrations, the only
sort I care to play/hear much of the time. These showed to me
some real beauty, especially in that acoustic.

Is that "improvisation" written out, published and available?
If so, from where?

I second Jim Reid's comment - I would be very interested to know if a score for the "Joyful, Joyful" is available.

I would be fairly certain it is since Christian played it nearly identical to how Mr. Hoeve plays it. I can see if Christian has some information on how to obtain the score if it is available.

I have just completed some two hours searching everywhere on the I-net
I could think of, and a hand full I did not know, hping to find either
one or the other of the two Mozart demo'd organ pieces! Maybe they
were not written by him for the organ? So, any hints about where
to obtain sheet music, or organ music collection volumes which
would contain these? Very unusual collection of Boven demo pieces
perhaps, known only to the Dutch?

Found them! They were wriiten for piano, not organ.

Found one via .pdf at Freesheetmusic.com, or some such.

Have just placed an order in France for other!

You are right about the website of Harm Hoeve. The English version is still under construction but I'm certain that Mr. Hoeve himself will reply to your mails at info<at>harmhoeve<dot>nl
I have his kind permission to show his work at CB so in th eneaur future I will do all his pieces. I can recommand all his volumes (1-4) There is for everyone something to use.

Jim, there is a little UK flag upper left of the note4piano website. Click on it and you are in Englishland.

The Mozart Fantasia is an extremely well known piano piece (K397) played by all children who learn the piano (and usually played a lot better than whoever did those demos, I have to say!), easily obtainable at any music shop. It is of course in d minor, not D major as stated on the MDA website.

Apologies for the slight error on the key signature, the D didn't specify major or minor, however I do realize that a capital D generally means major. I'll get that fixed soon.

I would ask that you please have some respect for the organists performing demos for us as they are doing us all a great favor taking their time to record. Ab Weegenaar is the organist of the Bovenkerk where the Hinsz organ resides. Perhaps you may not agree with his interpretation, however I don't that that merits a comment like you wrote. Even Mozart Fantasies have a good degree of freedom in tempo and interpretation etc. I actually found it quite a refreshing take on the piece compared to the normal pedantic versions I've heard over the years (usually played by children!)
