Free console in Pennsylvania

PostMon Sep 07, 2015 12:15 pm

I just got an email from Diyapason-l@pipechat.org listing a free 2m console in PA. The contact is Facebook page in the name of: Timothy.Masters.501 Paste this name in the search bar in Facebook, and there are pictures and explanation. Apparently it has been gutted and the keyboards and pedal board have been midified. I have no interest in this, and am only posting in case someone is interested. You can contact Timothy through Facebook.

James Thank you so much for posting this contact. I am talking with Tim now -- I am about 1.5 hours from him, and looks like I may be able to get it. It would be a wonderful thing for me and I thank you so much for pointing it out!!!

Indeed I did. Haven't had a lot of time to work with it yet but it is in progress. Plan to add a third manual and change stop tabs to lighted rocker or push button switches but have been delayed in getting it done. Managed to get the Swell, Choir, Cresh pedals functional, the toe pistons functional, and the manual pistons running. Still tinkering a fair amount with the keyboards (which were already midified) but having contact stability problems there and really need to take a serious look at them. But alas -- spring is here -- the lawn is growing too fast -- and I have a ton of landscaping work to get accomplished before I can even think about the veggies! So I will have to catch up on a few things first .... and then the hobby!!!!! Sometimes life just gets in the way of fun!
