Touch Menu Customisation Tab

Thank you for adding the touch menu customisation tab, for adding additional zoom factors, and also for adding the option to have Hauptwerk start with the touch menu open/closed/don't change.

Now that there is a touch menu customisation tab, I think it would be useful to have the following sections transferred from the 'Overview' tab to the customisation tab:

Where touch menu appears
Touch menu zoom %
When launching or unloading, set touch menu to open/closed/don't change
When organ loads, set touch menu at open/closed/don't change

I do see you point, in that those options relate to the behaviour of the touch menu, so could be considered as customising it. However, the "Touch menu customization" tab was actually intended for customising the *contents* of the touch menu. (Ideally I would have included the word 'contents' in its title, but there wasn't space.)
